Bertram Allen continued his winning run of form when he partnered High Valley to victory in the day’s closing four-star 1m50 class against the clock at Wiesbaden, Germany, this evening (Saturday) .

American Lauren Hough on Royalty des Isles set a stiff target early in the event, going clear in 68.80, but Allen managed to shave a third of a second off her time, and his 68.46 could not be matched by the remainder of the 47-strong international field.
Hough retained second place, while Brazilian Yuri Mansur Guerlos put in a good late effort to take third on Cornet’s Dream, clear in 68.85.
