Applications invited for Chef d’Equipe Lanaken

The role of the Chef d’Equipe is required to coordinate the representation of Irish riders and Irish Sport Horses at FEI WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses in Belgium each year.

The Chef d’Equipe reports to HSI Director of Breeding and Programmes and to the Lanaken Selection committee on selection decisions.

At the at FEI WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses, the Chef d’Equipe is required to travel to the event take responsibility for the riders, as well as providing local support for accreditation, entries, stabling and other matters with the Event Organising Committees.  They will be responsible for coordinating the Irish combinations activities throughout the show to ensure the smooth preparation and execution of the competition for the team to achieve their best possible performance.
