Main ambition	Is to be a strong, reliable combination through high performances, achieving respect and success for my team and country
Horse I would like to own/ride	My own horse Mooiman has almost everything I want in a Grand Prix horse. For a horse I do not own I choose Lingh - he did not have the strong personality often seen in an entire but showed all the presence and beauty of a stallion in his work
Biggest influence	Ellen Bontje - she gave me time and energy when I knew nothing and had nothing and made me feel I could be much more than I was
Favourite sportsperson outside equestrian sport	Tiger Woods and David Beckham
If I wasn't an international rider I would like to be	A nurse
I spend my spare time	Walking my dogs and breeding Border Terriers and Rottweilers. I also enjoy relaxing with friends and family
