Global Champions Tour heads to Qatar this weekend

Team Ireland Equestrian showjumpers will fly the flag in Doha (QAT) this weekend, where the next leg of the Global Champions Tour takes place. Elsewhere on the showjumping circuit, Ireland will be represented at Lexington Kentucky (USA), Oliva Valencia (ESP), Mijas (ESP) and Wierden (NED). In dressage, Irish riders compete at Zakrzow (POL).

This week, in excess of 160 entries have been made for 39 separate Irish riders competing in FEI international competition, across five countries. In total for 2016 to date, Irish riders have accounts for over 6,500 international entries.
