Irish Sport Horses enjoyed success on the international showjumping circuit over the weekend. In Bridgehampton (USA), Ireland's Richie Moloney finished in fifth place in the FEI World Cup Grand Prix Qualifier with Slieveanorra (ISH), while fellow Irishman, Darragh Kenny, finished in eight place in the same class with Gael Force (ISH). At the same show, Andrew Bourns (IRL) and Roundthorn Madios (ISH) finished in second place in the €21,200 1m50 class.

At the CSIO 5* in Rotterdam, Laura Renwick (GBR) with Roller Coaster (ISH) and Alexander Butler (IRL) with Crosstown Skylight (ISH) each took a class and placed in a second. In Canada, Rich Fellers (USA) and the Cruising-mare, Colgan Cruise (ISH), finished in 6th place in the FEI World Cup Grand Prix.
Irish Sport Horses enjoyed great success at the Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show 2011. On Sunday, Alexander Butler (IRL) and Will Wimble (ISH) finished in sixth place in the €200,000 Longines Grand Prix, after earlier in the week winning the Accumulator class.

At Hickstead Royal International, Fresh Direct Kalico Bay (ISH) and Tim Stockdale (GBR) took fourth place in the King George V Gold Cup. Laura Renwick (GBR) and Roller Coaster (ISH) took top spot in Friday's International Stake class and on the Sunday of the show were awarded with the Horse Sport Ireland prize for 'Leading International Irish Sport Horse at Hickstead'.
