The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has rendered its final decision in the arbitration concerning the British Equestrian Federation (BEF) and the FEI. CAS has allowed the appeal of the BEF and has annulled the decision of the FEI Tribunal of 21 January 2010. This means that the British team will be allowed to take part in the 2010 Meydan FEI Nations Cup™.
