IRELAND'S Cameron Hanley claimed fourth place in this afternoon's (Sunday) Grand Prix at the four-star show in Salzburg, Austria.
Confirming a recent return to form, the 37 year-old Mayo rider was one of just five riders to go clear in the first round from a starting field of 37, and piloted the Baloubet de Rouet gelding 'Southwind VDL' through the hotly contested jump-off, but stopped the clock just over four seconds adrift of Swiss favourite Steve Guerdat and 'Ferrari VI'.
Hanley picked up 6,000 euro for his place, while the winner took home a Mercedes C-class car.
