SIX Irish riders will continue to fight for points and prize money at the Winter Equestrian Festival at Palm Beach, Florida as it enters its fifth weekend today (Thursday).

With many top ten places already on his card, Meath-based Cian O'Connor currently tops the Leading Rider table at the three-star show, which holds its World Cup class on Saturday.

Also flying the Irish flag will be US-based riders Kevin Babington, Shane Sweetnam, Darragh Kerins, Richie Moloney and Christina Kelly.

In Manerbio in Italy Mark McAuley competes in the under-25 jumping classes with two horses, while in dressage Judy Reynolds will once again line out at Vejer de la Frontera in Spain in the three-star event with Remember and Vancouver K.
