IN A largely British-dominated class, it was Ireland's Capt. David O'Brien who scooped the 2,500 pounds winner's prize in the Accumulator competition at the three-star show at Wettenhall in England on Saturday.Piloting the Minister for Defence's grey Cruising mare 'Mo Chroi', the 33 year Athlone rider not only produced the first Irish victory of the weekend, but did it with a comfortable margin of almost four seconds over British challenger Graham Lovegrove and 'Pandur 292'.The competition featured 49 starters.
