SJ Breeding: Irish Sport Horses make their mark on Young Horse World Championships

Irish Sport Horses collected a total of three medals at the FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken, Belgium. Ireland’s Ger O’Neill and Killossery Kaiden (ISH) were crowned the Six Year Old World Champions while sixteen year-old Michael Pender (IRL) won both Silver and Bronze in the Five Year Old final riding Z Seven Caretina and Z Seven Can Ya Dance.

Michael Pender had already won the Six Year Old Consolation Final the previous day riding Curra Clover Flight (ISH) with Ireland’s Shane Dalton and Castlelawn Captain Junior (ISH) placing second in the Five Year Old Consolation Final.
