A sell-out crowd at the French venue watched on as Tipperary’s Denis Lynch scored a fourth place finish with Thomas Straumann’s 13-year-old stallion All Star. They briefly held the lead in the eight horse jump-off after jumping clear in 44.57 seconds when third to go against the clock. Another Tipperary rider, Shane Breen with the Breen Equestrian & P. Sultan-owned Golden Hawk, finished seventh overall, collecting valuable World Cup points to add to those won by Breen at Helsinki in Finland a week earlier.

Germany’s Daniel Deusser took the winners prize of €56,250 with Equita van T Zorgvliet, while Swiss rider Romain Duguet took runner-up spot with Quorida de Treho.
