19 Year Old Irish Sport Horse “Hello Max” Wins Hamburg Derby

Some things get better with age and the Irish Sport Horse is no different. Longevity is a characteristic commonly associated with the Irish Sport Horse which is of no surprise when we look at horses such as Flexible winning the FEI Rolex Word Cup in 2012 at 16 years old and the recently retired Lenamore competing in his second consecutive Olympic Games at London 2012 aged 19.
Last weekend saw another Irish Sport Horse enhancing this reputation when Hello Max (ISH), at 19 years old, won the Hamburg CSI3* Derby.
