BUTLER AND RINCOOLA RUA CLAIM ANOTHER WIN IN THE ISH STUDBOOK SERIES

EDWARD Butler and Rincoola Rua (ISH) won the third leg of the 7 year-old ISH studbook series at Cavan show today (Sunday), repeating their success in the first leg at Louth County.

The winner is by Diamant De Semilly (SF) and out of the Dam Rincoola Abu (ISH) and was bred and owned by Harold McGahern.

Ten horses shared the 6 year-old class with eight sharing the 5 year-old.

These classes are not decided by a jump off to avoid young horses being pushed against the clock. The prizes are shared between the horses that jump a second clear within a prescribed time.
