Death of former HSI Chairman Joe Walsh

IT IS with great sadness that Horse Sport Ireland has to report the death last night of its former Chairman, Joe Walsh.
Joe Walsh, who was also a former Minister for Agriculture, was Chairman of Horse Sport Ireland from 2006 to 2013.
He died at Cork University Hospital last night after a short illness. We extend our sincerest condolences to his wife Marie and children Ronan, Denise, Killian, Brian and Kate, and to his many friends and associates.
