The Irish Sport Horse Loughan Glen, ridden by USA’s Clark Montgomery, won Great Meadows International Horse Trials CIC3*. Four additional Irish-bred horses claimed top 8 finishes; Wise Crack (3rd), Welcome Shadow (6th), Fernhill Fugative (7th) and Copper Beach (8th).

At Barbury International Irish Sport Horses Yogi Bear VIII (Paul Tapner) and Santiago Bay (Gemma Tattersall) took 2nd and 3rd place respectively in the Event Riders Masters CCI3*.
