Eventing: Irish Sport Horses dominate Badminton as Paulank Brockagh claims the win

A dramatic Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials saw the Wicklow bred Irish Sport Horse Paulank Brockagh become the fourth mare in history to win the CCI4* event. This was further boosted by the Irish-bred’s Wild Lone (Harry Meade) and Kilronan (Paul Tapner) finished 3rd and 4th respectively. Not to be outdone by their UK based counterparts our Irish-bred representatives in the US put on a show which saw the Gorsebridge ‘Go For Gold’ graduate Copper Beach win the Jersey Fresh CCI3* with USA’s Buck Davidson.
