FEI Equine Ethics and Wellbeing survey – Deadline this Friday
- 15 August 2022, 12:10
The FEI have created the Equine Ethics and Wellbeing Commission, in response to the growing public concern of the use of horses in sport.
For its first task, the Equine Ethics and Wellbeing Commission has created a survey to collect the views of equestrian stakeholders regarding the involvement of horses in sport. The deadline to receive responses is THIS FRIDAY 19 August 2022.
This is one of two surveys being undertaken by the Commission. The other will be focused on the non-equestrian general public.
The results of both surveys will be used to inform the work of the independent FEI Commission.
This survey consists of 11 questions addressing topics related to horse welfare or wellbeing, and any specific concerns in relation to the use of horses in sport. The survey results will also help inform more detailed discussion with industry focus groups to gain greater insight into issues identified by participants.
You will require only 10-15 minutes to complete this survey, and your responses will be confidential. The data will only be used to inform the work of the Commission
