FEI Jumping European Championship for Young Riders, Juniors & Children

Horse Sport Ireland can confirm that Liam Buckley will act as Team Manager/Chef d’Equipe for the GAIN Irish Youth Show Jumping teams for the FEI Jumping European Championship for Young Riders, Juniors & Children, which get underway at Vilamoura in Portugal this Sunday July 18th. The news comes following a positive Covid-19 test for Irish Youth Show Jumping manager James Kernan which means he cannot now travel to the Championships.

Liam Buckley, who is an advisor on the HSI Youth High Performance Committee, will be assisted by Sally-Anne Tobin who is Chair of the HSI High Performance Pony Committee and was previously Chair of the COH, Junior and Young Rider Committee for four years.

The FEI Jumping European Championship for Young Riders, Juniors & Children runs from July 18th to 25th.
