Horse Sport Ireland Announce Sponsorship of New EI110 Eventing Series 2020

Horse Sport Ireland are delighted to announce that this year we will be sponsoring an EI110 Eventing Series. This six-part series, proposed by Eventing Ireland, is open to athletes who are members of Eventing Ireland and horses registered with an approved passport issuing organisation and with Eventing Ireland.
The top six-placed combinations at each leg of the Horse Sport Ireland EI110 Eventing Series will be awarded points;
1st place receives 15 points; 2nd – 10 points; 3rd – 8 points; 4th – 6 points; 5th – 4 points and 6th receiving 2 points.
One point will also be awarded to combinations that achieve a double clear in show jumping and cross country. Combinations must compete in two legs of the league to be eligible for the overall prizes at the end of the series. A prize fund of €1,150 will be available for each leg of the series and at the end of the series the top three combinations with the most points will receive an additional €1,000, €700 and €450 respectively.
The first leg of this six-part series will take place at Loughnamore, Co; Antrim, on the 5th of September with the final being held at Punchestown, Co; Kildare, on Sunday 11th of October.
