Horse Sport Ireland Stallion Inspections Catalogue and Timetable 2022

The Horse Sport Ireland stallion selections are taking place at Cavan Equestrian on the 23rd & 24th March 2022. This year a total of 43 stallions will be presented for selection, including 20 sport horse stallions, 22 Irish Draught stallions, and 1 pony stallion. The selection will include a conformation, movement and athleticism assessment using linear profiling. Breeders in attendance will have the opportunity to hear comments from the chairman of the selection panel summarising the panel’s evaluation of each stallion.
Please note, the stallion catalogue will be available online only and can be downloaded for printing or view on your smart phone HERE.
Spectators are most welcome and encouraged to attend the stallion selections. We particularly want to extend a warm welcome to our visitors from overseas.
