HSI Sport Horse & Pony Foal Qualifier Results at Tubberbride Equestrian Centre

The region 5 Horse Sport Ireland sport horse and pony foal qualifier took place on Monday 23rd September at Tubberbride Equestrian Centre. This qualifier was judged by Brendan Doyle, Shane Flavin, Jane Darragh and Philip Scott.
The Sport Horse and Pony Foal Championship aims to identify, evaluate and reward breeders who have bred a foal that has the potential to be competitive at the highest level in the disciplines of Show Jumping or eventing.
Tubberbride EC Foal Qualifier Results
Eventing Foals – Horse Section
The eventing section was won by Finnian McLoughlin with a colt by Deep River Rock (ISH) out of Lalinde (TB) by Tiger Hill (TB). The reserve was won by Frank Gordon with a filly by Classico TN (SF) out of Dream Pare (ISH) by Pacino (BWP).
Show Jumping Foals – Horse Section
The showjumping section was won by Jennifer Gregg with a filly by Comthago VDL (AES) out of Pontoon Lady (ISH) by Bahrain Cruise (ISH). The reserve was won by Dermot Gormanly with a colt by Marius Claudius (KWPN) out of Roadstown Equality CK (AES) by Quality Time (HOLST).
Eventing Foals – Pony Section
The eventing pony section was won by Julia & Simone Hession with a colt by Beezies Echo (CP) out of Beezies Milky Way (CP) by Coral Mistys Bobby (CP). The reserve was won by Jackie Hockley with a filly by Maghera Fadda Lad (CP) out of Castleside Killiney (CP) by Castleside JJ (CP).
Show Jumping Foals – Pony Section
The Showjumping pony section was won by Liam Lynskey with a colt by Silver Shadow (CP) out of Meadowhill Magic Melody (CP) by Drymills Bridgeboy (CP). The reserve was won by Patrick Rafferty with a colt by Funambule II (CP) out of Zuly (CP) by I Love You Melody (CP).
