Ireland win Junior Nations Cup in Gorla Minore, Italy

The Irish Junior (under 18) showjumping team topped the podium in today’s (Friday 7th of April), Nations Cup in Italy.
The Irish Junior Showjumping team, led by Horse Sport Ireland Team Manager James Kernan, won the 1.40m CSIOJ Nations Cup. Finishing on an impressive team score of just 4 faults, the Irish team fought off competition from Belgium who finished in second place on a score of 5 faults and Germany who finished in third place on a score of 8 faults. A total of 15 countries competed in todays Nations Cup
The Irish team consisted of Kilkenny’s Eoin Brennan on ESKOLA M, Kilkenny’s James Brennan on MHS Im The One (ISH), Kilkenny’s Timmy Brennan on DIADEMA DELLA CACCIA and Clare’s Coen Williams on Conthanja.
This is the second consecutive Nations Cup win for James Brennan and MHS Im The One (ISH) who were part of last weeks winning Nations Cup Team in Sentower Park, Belgium.
