Ireland’s Para Dressage team heads to European Championships

Team Ireland Equestrian’s para dressage team will compete in the European Championships at Deauville, France, this weekend. The classes that make up the Championships take place over three days and will be divided into five categories depending on the rider’s grade. Twenty Nations will line out at Deauville to compete for the European Championship title. The Irish team will also be looking to record the best possible team score to enhance their Olympic ranking, with a view to securing a team place at the Paralympic Games in Rio next year.
The Irish Team Manager is Dara Kearney, while the team is coached by Donie McNamara.
