IRISH-BRED HORSES LINE UP FOR CCI 5* BADMINTON HORSE TRIALS

Horse Sport Ireland would like to wish the very best of good luck to the connections of all Irish bred horses competing at the CCI 5* Badminton Horse Trials this weekend.

Ireland’s Susie Berry, pictured below with her 2022 mount John The Bull (ISH), pairs for 2023 with Ringwood LB (ISH) by Iroko (WESTF) out of Seoidin Alainn (ISH)[TIH] by Master Imp (TB), bred by Caitriona Mulkere.

Austin O’Connor continues his partnership with Colorado Blue (SHBGB) and will be hoping for another top 10 placing to accompany his 2022 8th place finish.

Meanwhile the traditionally bred Irish Sport Horse Arklow Puissance, by Puissance (ISH)[TIH] out of Cruising Jewel (ISH)[TIH] by Cruising (ISH)[TIH] and bred by Wicklow’s Michael Byrne, is partnered to Great Britain’s Wills Oakden.
