Irish-bred Horses take first and second in Vilamoura three-star

Vilamoura, Portugal was a showcase for Irish horses and riders, with first and second place in the €25,500 1m45  going to Irish Sport Horses HHS Catwalk and MHS High Hopes. HHS Catwalk (ISH) was bred by Thomas Hughes in Co. Kilkenny and ridden by Ireland’s Michael Pender, and MHS High Hopes (ISH) was bred by Ita Brennan in Co. Kilkenny and ridden by Great Britain’s Laura Renwick.
