Irish riders travel to the Grand Palais in Paris this weekend

Team Ireland Equestrian will be represented at the prestigious Grand Palais in Paris this weekend, where competition takes place under the famous domed glass roof. The class showpiece of the event will be the Hermes Grand Prix, which takes place on Sunday at 14.30 GMT and boasts a prize fund of €400,000. Elsewhere on the showjumping circuit, action takes place at Vejer De La Frontera (ESP), Braunschweig (GER), Wellington Florida (USA), Mijas (ESP), Oliva Valencia (ESP), Villeneuve-Loubet (FRA), Lier (BEL) and Helsinki (FIN). In dressage, Ireland will be represented at Keysoe (GBR) and Caselle Di Sommacampagna (ITA).
This week almost 250 entries have been made for over 70 Irish riders competing in FEI international competition.
