Irish Show Jumping squad named for Spanish Nations Cup in Vejer

Irish Show Jumping team manager Michael Blake has named his five squad members for the three-star FEI Nations Cup at Vejer De La Frontera in Southern Spain, which takes place this coming Friday November 27th.

Ireland finished in a share of third place in the Portuguese Nations Cup in Vilamoura earlier this week and Michael Blake has selected an entirely new squad, which includes two Irish Sport Horses, for the Spanish fixture in Vejer.

The Irish squad, sponsored by Devenish and The Underwriting Exchange, is as follows:

Louth’s Mark McAuley with Jasco VD Bisschop – owned by Scea la Tuiliere & Mark McAuley

Mayo’s Michael G Duffy with Lapuccino 2 (ISH) or Chappo Chey  – both owned by Carl Hanley Sporthorses
