Irish Sport Horses shine in Kentucky CCI5*-L and CCI4*-S

The 2023 Land Rover Kentucky CCI5*-L once again proved a successfully venue for Irish Sport Horses. 

William Coleman and Off the Record (ISH) finished 7th in the prestigious 5* stateside event. Bred by Co Cavan’s Peter Brady, the 14-year-old gelding is by VDL Arkansas (KWPN) and out of Drumagoland Bay (ISH), by Ard Ohio (KWPN). In the CCI4* class it was the Irish Sport Horse Hot Bobo who claimed the top spot. Ridden by Canadian rider Karl Slezak, the 10-year-old gelding is also by VDL Arkansas (KWPN) and is out of Taneys Leader (TB) by Supreme Leader (TB). He was bred by Dublin’s Emma Phelan.
