ISH Young Breeders June 2015

  • 20 May 2015, 17:04

Training takes place at McKee Barracks with Comdt. Tom Freyne, staff and horses of the Army Equitation School from 1pm on Tuesday JUNE 30th.

This is a very special opportunity to visit the Barracks and its residents – both eventers and show jumpers – to discuss and assess their conformation, athleticism and training.

New participants (14-25 years of age) in the programme are always welcome. ISH young breeders training days provide a fantastic opportunity to engage with some of the best professionals in the business and to learn about how they manage their yards. They also provide opportunity to gain advice for those who are thinking of pursuing career with horses themselves in the future.  The farms involved in the programme are all producing quality competition horses.

BOOKINGS MUST be made by JUNE 19th to attend. Training is FREE.

BOOK with Wendy 087 9879083 or wendy.conlon@teagasc.ie as soon as possible.

Public transport may be an option for this venue for some as it is very close to Heuston Train Station and Dublin city centre.
