Michael Blake names Irish team for Spruce Meadows Nations Cup

Irish Show Jumping team manager Michael Blake has named his team for tomorrow’s (Saturday) five-star BMO Nations Cup at Spruce Meadows in Canada.
Ireland last competed in the Spruce Meadows Nations Cup in 2019 and recorded a third place finish behind winners Belgium.
Ireland have been drawn fifth to jump and line out as follows:
Conor Swail with Gamble – owned by Asta Torokvei
Darragh Kerins with Lissino – owned by Eve Jobs
Jordan Coyle with Ariso – owned by Elan Farm
Daniel Coyle with Oak Grove’s Carlyle – owned by Gestüt Eichenhain GmbH, Carmen Uwaydah & T.j. Van Den Brink
Irish riders have made a strong start to the weekend at Spruce Meadows, with Conor Swail taking victory in Thursday’s ATCO Solutions Cup with Koss Van Heiste, while there was a third place finish for Daniel Coyle and Ivory TCS in a 1m45 speed class.
