Michael Blake names Irish team for today’s Canadian Nations Cup at Spruce Meadows

Irish Show Jumping development team manager Michael Blake has named his team for today’s (Saturday) five-star BMO Nations Cup at the Spruce Meadows Masters in Canada.
Ireland have been drawn third to jump of the 10 teams that will compete and will line out as follows:
Daniel Coyle with Farrel
Capt Brian Cournane with Armik
Dermot Lennon with Gelvins Touch (ISH)
Conor Swail with Koss Van Heiste
Irish riders have made a good start at the Canadian venue, with Derry’s Daniel Coyle and Cita coming out on top in Wednesday’s Telus Cup.
Saturday’s BMO Nations Cup gets underway at 9pm Irish time.
On Sunday, Spruce Meadows will host the CP International which is part of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping with a massive $3 Million up for grabs.
