Mullaghdrin Limber (ISH) and Edward Doyle Junior claim victory in Cavan ISH SJ Series

Mullaghdrin Limber(ISH) by Flex A Bil (ISH)(TIH) bred by Dr. Noel Cawley and owned by Edward Doyle, and ridden by Edward Doyle Jnr, jumped double clear in a time of 45.01 seconds to win the 7-year-old final of the Irish Sport Horse Studbook Showjumping Series at Cavan Equestrian today (Sunday). Mullaghdrin Limber, was one of only five double clears in the 7-year-old class. Doyle beat off stiff competition from the 25 combinations who made it through to the final.

In the 5-year-old final, eight combinations jumped double clear to split the win, while in the 6-year-olds, there were eleven clear rounds. There was €9,500 on offer in Cavan Equestrian Centre from the Irish Sport Horse Studbook for these young horse classes. The next leg takes place in Mullingar Equestrian on June 1st and 2nd.
