Irish showjumpers travel to Falsterbo (SWE) this weekend, for the next leg of the 5 star Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Series. Falsterbo is one of Ireland’s point scoring Nations Cup competitions and is the second competition of the league for Ireland after their impressive win at St Gallen (SUI) in June. Elsewhere on the showjumping circuit, action takes place at Cascais Estoril (POR), Calgary Spruce Meadows (CAN), Knokke (BEL), Massongy (FRA), Tryon North Carolina (USA), Geesteren (NED), Keysoe (GBR), Wiener Neustadt (AUT) and Steinhagen (GER).

In eventing, Irish riders will line out in the 3 star and 2 star classes at Barbury Castle (GBR). At Hartpury (GBR), Ireland will be represented in the disciplines of both dressage and para dressage.

This week in excess of 140 entries have been made for Irish riders competing in international competition. Ireland will be represented in ten different countries by 60 separate athletes. To date in 2016, over 4,100 international entries have been made for Ireland in FEI competitions.
