Notalot (ISH) wins 3 Year Old Championship at Bannow and Rathangan Show

The second leg of the 2015 HSI National Showing Championship Series, in association with the Irish Shows Association took place at Bannow & Rathangan Show today, Thursday 9th July. The 3 Year Old All Ireland Horse Championship ran under the National Showing Championship Series and there was total of €3,000 on offer from HSI for the class. This year’s 3 Year Old Championship at Bannow and Rathangan saw 23 horses compete.
County Clare’s Rebecca Monaghan won today’s class with her bay filly named Notalot (ISH). Bred in County Clare by Jim Wallace this filly is by Lancelot (KWPN) out of the Cavalier Royale (HOLST) sired mare Clooneen Cavalier Countess (ISH).
There will be a total of twelve legs in this year’s Showing Series with in excess of €16,000 on offer from HSI over the course of the summer and autumn.
