Kenny enjoyed another fantastic month in October, helping Ireland to victory in the Longines FEI Nations Cup World Final in Barcelona which secured Olympic team qualification, while he also scored an individual five-star win at the same venue. Kenny also recorded impressive results in the United States at shows in Tryon, Washington and Lexington and will be hoping to add to his ranking points tally when he makes his first European World Cup outing of the season this weekend at Verona in Italy.

Bertram Allen is next best of the Irish riders on the ranking last at No.31, with Shane Sweetnam at No.35, while Derry’s Daniel Coyle has moved up nine places to 38. Shane Breen (No.43) and Paul O’Shea (No.46) mean Ireland has six riders inside the worlds top 50.

Bertram Allen is ranked No. 2 in the FEI U25 rankings, just ahead of Daniel Coyle at No.3, while Mikey Pender is just outside the top 10 at No 12.

In the FEI World Dressage Rankings, Judy Reynolds is at No.13 with her horse Vancouver K, while in Eventing, Cathal Daniels is the highest-ranked Irish rider at No.11.
