ON THIS DAY – March 20th 2015 – Irish Pony Dressage team qualify for European Championships

Exactly five years ago to this day, the Irish Pony Dressage team had a momentous result at the Addington CDIP in Buckinghamshire, England, when they qualified a full team for the European Championships for Ponies which were to be held in Malmo, Sweden that August.
Making their International debuts under the guidance of Team Manager Anne Marie Dunphy, Sophie Walsh and Horseleap Bruno and Emily Kate Robinson (pictured) with Tizrara Hill scored 62.77 and 60.72% respectively, while Katie Burns and Caracas had already qualified from the previous year’s European Championships when scoring 64.77%.
Alana Cazabon Sullivan had also previously achieved a Championship qualifying score with Schmershof Arendsoog.
