Important Notice of Update

The purpose of the pony selection competition is to assist Horse Sport Ireland’s Pony Show Jumping High Performance Team Manager Gary Marshall to select the best team to represent Ireland at the European Pony Show Jumping Championships in Aarhus, Denmark from the 17^th – 21^st August 2016

We would like to notify all participants in the Pony Showjumping High Performance Programme of an amendment to the conditions for participation in the Final Selection Competition Barnadown 25^th/26^th June.

While the Team Manager is endeavouring to be as fair as possible, the purpose of the programme is to achieve success at the European championships in Aarhus. With this in mind, we would like to advise that the Team Manager has decided to use his discretion in the selection criteria to open entries to Barnadown to all eligible combinations who wish to compete in the final selection competition. The trial will no longer be restricted to 12 combinations. All combinations who compete in Barnadown will be considered for selection for the squad for the European Championships in Denmark.
