Reynolds claims fourth place in Al Shaqab Kür

IRELAND’S Judy Reynolds and Vancouver K scored 74.85 per cent to place fourth in the CDI5* Grand Prix Kür (Freestyle to Music) at CHI Al Shaqab Doha, Qatar today (Saturday). It was another personal best score for the Irish national dressage champion this year.
Reynolds is now closing in on the Irish international Grand Prix Freestyle record score of 75.72 per cent set in 2011 by Irish Olympian Anna Merveldt and Coryolano in Vienna, Austria.
The Naas, Co. Kildare-born rider also placed seventh on a score of 69.38 per cent in the CDI5* Grand Prix yesterday. Reynolds won a total of €11,600 in prize money for her promising performances at the Qatari venue.
Sweden’s Patrik Kittel and Watermill Scandic scored 77.275 per cent to win the Grand Prix Kür (Freestyle to Music) and the first prize of €25,000.
