Reynolds sets new Irish dressage record with Rotterdam score

JUDY Reynolds set a new Irish international Grand Prix record score of 73.88% when placing fourth, with Joe & Kathleen Reynolds’ 13-year-old Jazz gelding Vancouver K, at the three-star show in Rotterdam, The Netherlands today (Friday).
The previous Irish record score of 73.23% was set by Irish Olympian Anna Merveldt and Bossanova in Munich in 1995.
The Dutch took the top three places in their home Grand Prix with former world champion Edward Gal scoring 77.80% for the win on Glock’s Voice. Olympian Hans Peter Minderhoud and Glock’s Flirt scored 77.14% for second and former European champion Adelinde Cornelissen slotted into third place with Jerich Parzival on 74.42%.
This is a second Irish record score for Reynolds in just under two months. She posted a new Irish international Grand Prix Kür(Freestyle to Music) record score of 75.775% at the four-star show in Hagen, Germany on 26th April.
