SJ Breeding: Ireland’s Michael Pender and the Marion Hughes-bred HHS Fortune and HHS Burnchurch had a great week in Valence, FRA.

Michael Pender (IRL) and HHS Fortune (ISH) achieved a first and second place finish in the CSI2* in Valence, France, and also finished in the top ten twice with HHS Burnchurch (ISH) in the CSI3*. HHS Fortune and HHS Burnchurch were bred by Marion Hughes in Co. Kilkenny, and HHS Burnchurch was Michael Pender’s mount for the Young Rider European Championships in 2019, where the Irish team finished in fifth position.
