Splaine confirms team for German Nations’ Cup

ROBERT Splaine, Ireland’s show jumping manager, this morning (Friday) confirmed his team to compete at the German Nations’ Cup in Mannheim on Saturday.

The Irish quartet will line out as follows:
Shane Breen and Golden Hawk
Kevin Babington and Shorapur
Shane Sweetnam and Chaqui Z
Conor Swail and Grand Cru vd Vijf Eiken

Ireland has been drawn second of eight nations competing in the Nations’ Cup, which begins at 12:50 pm Irish time. The German Nations’ Cup is not one of Ireland’s point-scoring competitions in the 2015 Furusiyya league.
