It is all to play for at the top of the leaderboard in the five- and six-year-old classes of the HSI Studbook Series.

Ahead of this weekend’s final leg at Tattersalls, Derek McConnell and Inlaws Manolo (ISH) cannot be reeled in at the top of the seven-year-old table but Brendan Murphy has a host of combinations breathing down his neck in the younger classes.

Murphy is sitting tight at the top of the five-year-old standing with ABS MISTY (ISH) on 30 points, but Harry Wood with ESI Indigo (ISH) and Tholm Keane with Krafty Krackers (ISH) are poised to overtake him, the pair lying just two points back on 28 ahead of what is sure to be an exciting final on Sunday.

Keane is also in contention here with with DHS Lucky Junior (ISH) on 21 points, while Molly Hughes-Bravo could yet have a say in things, just a point back with HHS India (ISH).

McConnell and Inlaws Manolo (ISH) have been ultra consistent throughout the seven-year-old class and they will be crowned league winners on Sunday. The pair have amassed an impressive 36 points and cannot be caught at the top.

Alan O’Regan lies in second place with Seaview Demonstration (ISH) on 20 points, and Mikey Pender sits in third with HHS Cornetta (ISH) on 16 points.
