With the Paris Olympics now just days away, Ireland are hoping to go in on a high and Michael Blake has selected a strong quartet for the competition.
Denis Lynch joins Tom and Max Wachman, with Cian O’Connor anchoring as Ireland bid to go one better than last year’s runner-up finish.
Horse Sport Ireland High Performance Show Jumping Director Blake has chosen the following combinations:
- Denis Lynch with Vistogrand
- Max Wachman with Kilkenny (ISH)
- Tom Wachman with Berlux Z
- Cian O’Connor with Fermoy
Earlier this week, Blake said: “We were just pipped last year by a strong Britain team and I’m anticipating a similar strong showing from them again but we have a strong team and I’m hopeful of another strong performance.”
The action begins at 2.15pm and Horse Sport Ireland will keep you up to date on its social media channels.
