HORSE Sport Ireland and Eventing Ireland have announced the dates and venues of the 2014 Irish Sport Horse Eventing Series. This year the four year old series will consist of four legs with scores from all legs to count in the league. The five and six year old series will consist of five legs with all legs to count in the league. The six year old league will begin in Kilmanahan on the 11th May followed by the four and five year olds in Killossery on the 25th May.
The prize fund for each leg of the series will increase to €1,000 and will be in addition to Eventing Ireland Prize money.  There will be a prize fund of €3,000 for the Owners League and €1,800 for the Breeders League.  New this year will be a prize to the amount of €500 for the top ISH mare of the series in each age category. In addition to the ISH Studbook Eventing Series there will be a prize fund of €5,000 on offer to the top Irish Sport Horses in selected classes throughout the summer. This series represents a €20,000 investment by Horse Sport Ireland. Full criteria can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
The final leg and prize giving to all league winners of the ISH Eventing Series will take place in Scarvagh on the 6th September.   Owners, Breeders and Riders will be invited to attend.
