Participants and tutors of the Horse Sport Ireland’s Level 1 Coaching Course at Killossery Stud Lodge
Horse Sport Ireland’s Level 1 Coaching Course got off to a fantastic start this week at Killossery Lodge Stud, with 16 enthusiastic participants from across the country taking part. The first two days of the course focused on Dressage, providing a strong foundation for the aspiring coaches.
Feedback from both tutors and participants was overwhelmingly positive, with a great atmosphere of learning and collaboration.
Course tutor John Bagnall expressed his enthusiasm, saying:
“It was great to get the course up and running. A special thanks to Heather Coyle and Gerald Bloomer, who not only delivered excellent tutoring over the 2 days, but also provided invaluable advice and guidance in the lead-up to the course. Killossery Lodge stud was a fantastic venue, and the standard of coaching on display was excellent throughout.”
The Level 1 Coaching Course is a key part of Horse Sport Ireland’s commitment to developing high-quality coaching within equestrian sport. With such a strong start, we look forward to the next stages of the course and to seeing these coaches progress in their journey.
