Horse Sport Ireland, on behalf of the Irish Sport Horse Studbook, is delighted to announce the Approval of the 2015 Oldenburg stallion Castlefield Kingston.

Standing in with Gerard O’Neill in Co. Kilkenny’s Castlefield breeding Farm, this son of Cinsey (HANN) is competed internationally by the 2024 European Pony Individual Gold Medallist, Jack Kent (IRL) and has previously been ridden by Jason Foley (IRL), Chris Burton (AUS) and Joseph Stockdale (GBR).
The combination of Jack Kent and Castlefield Kingston were a part of the Irish Junior team that finished 2nd in the Nations Cup in Sentower Park (BEL) earlier this year where the duo jumped an all important double clear round.

Castlefield Kingston’s dam, Cascarina (SI) by Cascari (HOLST) has also produced Castlefield Kamira (OS) by Kannan (KWPN) who competed at 1.40m level with Jason Foley and Seamus Hughes – Kennedy for Ireland.
