Equestrian sport and recreation encapsulates our affiliate family allowing for greater participation across all levels and abilities in equestrian sports, especially in the grassroots and recreation divisions. Within this key strategic pillar are our cross discipline affiliate family, ranging from the Irish Pony Club to the Association of Irish Riding Clubs (AIRC), Mounted Games Association of Ireland (MGAI), and many more.
Equestrian sport and recreation is an integral part of the sport horse sector. Our leisure and recreation participants create an enthusiasm and vibrancy that is unrivalled. Furthermore, the focus on participation within this division allows growth and expansion to other divisions should the participant wish to deepen their involvement in the Sport Horse sector through Coaching & Education, Breeding and Production, and High Performance Sport.
