Senior Show Jumping Team named for FEI Nations Cup in Sopot

A team consisting of Alexander Butler, Jack Ryan, Mikey Pender and Michael G Duffy will line up for the FEI Longines Show Jumping Nations Cup of Sopot, Poland on Sunday, 18th of June.
Michael Blake’s The Underwriting Exchange Irish Show Jumping Team will be competing for qualification points in Europe, Division 1, for the first time this season.
Coming off the back of an extremely successful campaign around the world, Ireland are aiming to qualify for the Nations Cup final in Barcelona later in the year.
Two Irish Sport Horses will be jumping the CSIO5* 1.60m Nations Cup as Pender combines with HHS Calais and Ryan with BBS McGregor.
Having recently finished on top of the podium in both Rome and Vancouver, the team will be hopeful of a similar level of performance in Poland to kick the group off in style and have been drawn seventh of the eight nations.

- Mikey Pender with HHS Calais (ISH), owned by Bravo Hughes Ltd.
- Michael G Duffy with Clitschko 17, owned by Carl Hanley Sporthorses GmbH and Niall Talbot
- Jack Ryan with BBS McGregor (ISH), owned by Marguerite Ryan
