Horse Source has arrived!
A new online system for passport registration, endorsement/importation and ownership applications, as well as covering certificates, ‘Horse Source’ will make the registration and passport updating process easier and quicker.
Now accepting applications, HORSE SOURCE offers a simple, easy, efficient and user-friendly website which brings all of the information that owners and breeders of horses need into one easy online portal.
Horse Source is provided by Horse Sport Ireland (HSI), the governing body for equestrian sport in Ireland and is part-funded by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
HSI Registrations Unit office hours:
- Open to the public from 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
- The phone line is open from 9am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Wednesday when we open at 09.30 to facilitate staff training. Please note the phone lines will be closed from 1pm to 2pm for lunch – 045 850800
- For urgent registrations applications must be lodged by 11am with the HSI Registration Unit.
