Irish showjumpers in 5 star action globally this weekend

Team Ireland Equestrian’s showjumpers will compete at 5 star shows in Poland, Canada and France this weekend. Ireland will line out in the Nations Cup on Friday at Sopot (POL), with action kicking off at 10.00 GMT. Elsewhere on the showjumping circuit, Ireland will be represented at Calgary Spruce Meadows (CAN), Cannes (FRA), Upperville Virginia (USA), Tryon North Carolina (USA), Lons Le Saunier (FRA), Balve (GER), Asten (NED) and Wierden (NED), where the pony riders will compete in the Nations Cup class on Thursday.
In eventing, action takes place at Bramham (GBR) and Hector Minnesota (USA), in driving at Valkenswaard (NED) and in endurance at Ashland Montana (USA). This week almost 80 entries have been made for 35 Irish riders competing in FEI competitions worldwide.
